The Challenge & Solution

Architected and built an enterprise collaboration platform combining the best of project management, real-time document editing, and team communication. The platform supports operational transformation for concurrent document editing, kanban and gantt chart views for project tracking, and threaded conversations with smart notifications. We built a plugin system allowing enterprise customers to extend functionality, and implemented SOC 2 compliant security controls throughout. The platform serves 15,000+ daily active users across 200 organizations.
